This is a PDF, not a printed book. You download it straight after paying and it is yours to keep — read it on your phone at the stove, on a tablet, or print the pages you cook from most.
The download link is on the order page and in your email. Sales are final once it has been sent — see our refunds policy.
Gather Your People
When we started cooking through our first beef, Brigitte knew we would have to bring in different flavors or we would get burned out fast. There was a lot of experimenting, some great meals and some below average ones, and eventually we learned what worked.
That is where What’s Cooking Wednesday came from, and the goal was always variety — recipes with roots in Argentina, Japan, Germany, Mexico, and Korea, cooked with the same beef we sell. Then we thought we ought to write them down. That is this book.
“The spices can vary, but the connection of gathering your people and eating a meal together is what life is all about.”

Before You Buy
The download link appears on the order confirmation page the moment your payment goes through, and it is emailed to you as well. Nothing ships, and there is nothing to wait for.
Yes. It is laid out as letter-size pages, so print the whole thing for a binder or just the recipes you keep coming back to. Please keep it to your own kitchen rather than passing the file around.
Not at all. Every recipe works with beef from anywhere. It just happens to be organized the way a share arrives — by the cut sitting in your freezer — which is handy if yours came from us.
Cookbook sales are final once the download has been sent, because a download cannot be given back. If the file will not open, the link does not work, or you were charged twice, that is different — tell us and we will fix it or refund you. The full wording is in our refunds policy.
