Pasture Raised Beef From Our Family To Your Freezer
Your source for locally raised beef by the whole, half, or quarter — from cattle that spend their whole lives on our pasture, never in a feedlot.
- Raised on our pasture, grain finished for flavor and marbling
- No hormones, no antibiotics
- You know the family who raised it
Beef Worth Making Room In The Freezer For
We are not trying to be the biggest. We are trying to raise cattle we would feed our own family.
Pasture Raised, Grain Finished
Our cattle graze our pastures their whole lives. We finish them on grain for the marbling, tenderness, and flavor your family expects from good beef.
Never In A Feedlot
Not once. Our cattle are on grass and open pasture from the day they are born until the day they leave, never packed into a confinement lot.
No Hormones, No Antibiotics
Ever. We raise healthy cattle the slow way, on good ground with room to move, so we never have to reach for a shortcut.
Not Sure What A “Share” Means?
A share is a portion of one whole animal, cut and wrapped to your liking. Here is what each size costs and roughly how much beef comes home with you.
The Same Family, The Same Ground
Our family has farmed this ground for at least six generations. We took it on ourselves in 1985 and shifted to a mainly cow-calf operation in 2001. In 2021 we held a steer back for our own family. Friends started asking if we had one to spare, and the beef shares have grown a little every year since.
When you buy from us, you are not buying from a brand. You are buying from the people whose kids ride along to check the herd. If you have a question about your beef, you are calling the folks who raised it.
- Six generations — the same family on the same land
- Cow-calf since 2001 — we know every animal on this place
- Selling beef shares since 2021 — straight to your freezer
Buying Local Is More Than A Feel-Good Decision
Grocery store beef can pass through half a dozen hands and travel a thousand miles before it reaches your cart. Nobody in that chain can tell you what that animal ate or where it stood.
We can. Our beef travels from our pasture, to a Kentucky processor, to your freezer. That is the whole trip. Your money stays in this community, and you get to know exactly what you are feeding your family.
