The beef price is fixed. Processing is an estimate — from $0.40/lb live weight, set by the processor and subject to change. Extras such as jerky, snack sticks or smoking cost more. We will confirm the rate before your beef goes in.

What You Are Buying
A quarter share is a quarter of one whole animal, cut and wrapped from our standard cut sheet — a balance of steaks, roasts, and ground beef that suits most families.
Our cattle graze our pastures their whole lives and are finished on grain out on that same ground — never in a feedlot, never given hormones or antibiotics.

Before You Reserve
Only the $100 deposit. That holds your beef and takes it off the table for anyone else.
The remaining $1,100 is due before your beef goes to the processor, and processing is paid directly to the processor, from $0.40/lb live weight.
This share hangs at roughly ~185 lbs, and about ~110–125 lbs of finished, wrapped beef goes in your freezer once bone and trim are removed.
You will want around ~4 cu. ft. of freezer space.
A few weeks before processing we send you a cut sheet. Quarters use our pre-made standard sheet, so there is nothing for you to work out.
No — deposits are non-refundable. Once yours is in, that share is held for you and we plan our processing schedule around it.
